. 1 Answer SOURCE: I think I can help you with it. Last year I had similar situation with my MM55-SR flashing red CPU light. The arm stopped moving, but the blade was working and I could drive as well. I inspected all position sensors in the arm - each joint should have one. They look like small cylinders bolted to the joints of the arm with 3 wires coming out.
In my case I had problem with the first sensor located by main (boom) piston where it is attached to the body of the machine. I removed this sensor from the arm with its wire. One wire was broke very close to the sensor housing.
I was able to solder it and it solved my problem. Sometimes those wires can touch to the metal arm and rub off insulation causing electric shortage which also may stop the arm from moving. Check all connectors and wires for each position sensor first.

When the convertible top raise/lower switch is operated, the SJB commands the front and rear windows to the full down position. Window operation is disabled while the convertible top raise/lower switch is being operated.
When the SJB receives a full down input for both rear windows, it commands the appropriate relay closed to raise or lower the convertible top. If the SJB does not receive a full down input signal for both rear windows, the convertible top operation is disabled. When active, the pump uses hydraulic pressure to extend the hydraulic lift cylinders to raise the convertible top, or retract the hydraulic lift cylinders to lower the convertible top. The convertible top motor/pump assembly is equipped with a thermal circuit breaker. The circuit breaker typically resets after 5 minutes depending on the ambient temperature. The thermal circuit breaker cannot be repaired and must be installed as a unit with the motor/pump assembly. In the event of a hydraulic system failure, the convertible top cannot be operated manually. Inspection and Verification.

Refer to Steering Wheel Replacement. Roll back the shift lever seal from the upper and the lower shrouds. Remove the tilt wheel lever (if necessary). Refer to Tilt Lever Replacement - On Vehicle. Remove the 2 TORX速 screws from the lower steering column shroud. Remove the lower steering column shroud.
Remove the 2 TORX速 screws from the upper steering column shroud. Lift the upper steering column shroud to gain access to the lock cylinder access hole. Using a bent tip awl, insert the tip into the ignition lock cylinder access hole. Turn the ignition lock cylinder to the START position. Using the bent tip awl, push down on the ignition lock cylinder retaining pin. Release the ignition lock cylinder to the RUN position.
